They rarely get bigger than this and more often than not, I'm just using the amp/cab block to record dry guitars.

I’ve found that since Line 6 has upgraded the cabs and with the most recent amps I dropped a compressor and eq. So now my chain is regular meat and potatoes stuff.

Before modeling I was really a minimalistic player.

Guitar>wha>octaver(not really a need but I’m in love with that effect)>maybe an overdrive(depends on the amp)>amp.

Never really liked delay, reverb etc.

I even played 4h shows (all styles) with just my guitar and a cornford RK100 (single channel amp with boost). Guitar>cable>amp

So now that I’m in the modeling world, my kitchen sink is simple.

Wha > comp for clean> overdrive>amp>cab>chorus>reverb.

But I have to say I’m really happy to have the possibility to use things like harmoniser, detune, virtual capo on some songs.

I use an fm3 and the last update is so great that I can finally play again like in the old days, riding my volume knob. That 2203 is heaven
